The program enables the accessibility and approach of art and culture to children and young people living in environments with limited access to cultural and artistic content. The program develops their creative education, sensitizes children and young people to the field of art and culture, and enables children and young people to access all types of art and culture. The program is jointly implemented by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Science and Education as a complementary curriculum support program in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools.
Kotar teatar has been a part of this program since 2019 with the play WEIRDO ŠUMEK and the program of workshops on making and using a theatrical mask. So far we are in the assembly Backpack visited Belica, Veliki Trgovišće, Berek and Babino polje.
