The festival of STUPID jokes is the second author's project of Matija Kezela, an actor from Zagreb with an address in Delnik, who has been working as the artistic director and director of the Kotar Theater since 2012. The performance of the festival's name is interactive in nature, and consists of performance bravura by performers who, in interaction with the audience, perform each performance in a different way.

The first FGV! was held in Delnice in 2019, and is part of a series of projects that start from human stupidity as a fundamental source of inspiration for stage works. In an age when it is normal to be available 24 hours a day in real and virtual life; through thought, word, deed and omission from daily duties, through deadlines at work to online meetings, Kezele opens the door to his own and other people's stupidity and treats it as performance material in the style of Commedia del' arte and the clown craft that he studied at The Commedia school in Copenhagen . Along with this new performance form of interactive stand-up, as part of a program inspired by human stupidity, the theater play "The Man Who Was Afraid to Sleep" and the performance workshop of comedy styles "How to wake (up) the idiot in you" were created.
